Alissa Halperin Selected Chair of the Elder Law Association of the PA Bar Association

In July of 2020, HBC principal consultant Alissa Halperin was selected to be chair of the Elder Law Association (ELA) of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, a title which she held until July of 2021. As Chair, she offered subject material on Implicit Bias toward attorneys working in Elder Law fields.
