In October 2023, Alissa joined fellow ARPA HCBS Technical Assistance Collective members ADvancing States, NASDDDS, Riverstone Health Advisors, and Brian Burwell to convene a small group of HCBS thought leaders for a full day discussion on sustaining the investments, commitment, and dedication to improving, expanding, and enhancing access to HCBS that ARPA invigorated.
